What is the onboarding process for companies and employees?

The onboarding process starts with a HR onboarding session where we work together to co-create your employee wellbeing program launch. ThoughtFull will provide all the necessary launch communications, which your HR team can then share with employees.

The employee launch includes a comprehensive review and a live demo of the ThoughtFull app to ensure a smooth start. After the launch, we'll collaborate with HR team to plan webinars and other ongoing engagement activities to keep the momentum going.

How is employee privacy and confidentiality ensured?

At ThoughtFull World, safeguarding your data and privacy is our top priority. We are proud to have achieved ISO-27001 certification, an internationally recognised standard for information security management.

To protect user accounts, our ThoughtFull app uses two-factor authentication, adding an extra layer of security. Users can also choose to remain anonymous by using a nickname within the app. All communication between users and mental health professionals is secured with banking-grade 256-bit encryption.

In the highly unlikely event of a data breach, our encrypted databases ensure that the data is rendered meaningless. Additionally, all connections between the app, website, and server are protected by SSL encryption, following best security practices.

Does ThoughtFull Professionals, TFPs have experience working with employees from diverse backgrounds?

Yes, and our ThoughtFull Professionals (TFPs) are highly experienced in supporting employees from diverse backgrounds. We offer care in 28 languages and dialects across 70 locations worldwide, ensuring culturally relevant and accessible support. With the largest exclusive network of mental health professionals in the region, ThoughtFull delivers localised care backed by global expertise, tailored to the unique needs of your workforce.

How are ThoughtFull Professionals (eg. coaches, counsellors, psychologists, psychiatrists) verified?

All ThoughtFull Professionals (TFPs) undergo a rigorous vertification and onboarding process to ensure the highest standards of care. Firstly, each TFP must be a certified mental health professionals whether a counsellor, psychologist, or psychiatrist- with the required academic qualifications and practicum hours to obtain relevant credentials.

Secondly, we conduct due diligence to verify their identify, certifications, and licensure. Once verified, all TFPs undergo training to ensure proficiency in delivering high-quality digital coaching and therapy, tailored specfically to the unique requirements of digital mental health services in Asia.

Is text-based coaching an effective substitute for traditional face-to-face therapy?

Yes, we have conducted an efficacy study on text-based coaching and it shows improvement in symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression. In addition to this study, we've partnered with several private organisations to develop whitepapers like Project Cheria to demonstrate benefits to using ThoughtFull platform. We are continuously trying to expand our research efforts.

While asynchronous text-based coaching have proven to be effective, we note that not all cases are suitable for online therapy and digital platforms. For these cases, our ThoughtFull Professionals do offer face-to-face therapy at our ThoughtFull center.
