Booking Policies
ThoughtFull provides a wide range of coaching services through our ThoughtFullChat app with certified psychologists and counsellors.
Legal guardian consent is required for persons below the age of 18 to access this service.
Payment Policy
Appointment Types and Rates
Please note that to help our coaches be available to support you, payment is required to secure your session booking, and must be made 24-hours upon receipt of your registration.
Please note that in accordance with the Payment Policy, any session with an outstanding payment past the Payment Due Date is considered “unconfirmed” and will be cancelled.
If there are exceptional circumstances that make this difficult for you, please email or call us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
As part of the onboarding process, a ThoughtFull consultant will be available to answer any payment-related questions at the time of your session confirmation. If you would like assistance with fees, please do not hesitate to discuss this with us by emailing therapy@thoughtfull.world
If you are part of a Corporate Programme or your session is sponsored by your company, please include the coupon code provided to you by your company during payment checkout.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session once it has been confirmed, please let us know by emailing therapy@thoughtfull.world with at least 24 hours’ notice. Without such notice, you agree to forfeit 50% of the session fee. For more details, please refer to the Refund Policy.
This policy ensures all ThoughtFull clients receive the attention and care they deserve. Notice of at least 24 hours allows coaches to assist other wait-listed clients.
In that same spirit, ThoughtFull reserves the right to modify or cancel any session at least 24 hours in advance should a regrettable, unforeseen circumstance arise. You will be informed of any such change via phone and email. In the unlikely event that a psychologist, counsellor or coach does not provide notice, the next session will be provided free-of-charge at an alternate date and time agreed upon, or refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.
Special exceptions or accommodations may be extended regarding this policy due to extenuating circumstances but are subject to ThoughtFull discretion.
Refund Policy
Please note all changes or cancellation requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the session fee. The remaining fee value can be applied to a rescheduled session or refunded at your request. All refunds will be processed via the payment method used at the time of booking, within 72 hours of the cancellation.
No Show Policy
To ensure that the ThoughtFull coaching team is available to help as many people as possible, no-shows for confirmed sessions will be treated as late cancellations and will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the session fee.

Who is not suitable for Video Therapy?

Client(s) being diagnosed with severe mental illnesses or psychiatric disorders.

Client(s) with severe depression, having suicidal urges or difficulties in handling emotion that could cause violence or homicide.

Client(s) who is/are currently in an urgent or dangerous situation.
ThoughtFull reserves the right to decline such cases. In the event that such information has been withheld from the company and/ or the ThoughtFull Professional, ThoughtFull reserves the right to retain charged fees for services already provided and to decline follow-up of the case.
